Here’s some Brisbane Quarter project updates:

• 300 George, 41-storey office tower construction completed and in full operation.
• Our tallest tower on site – The One, an 82-storey 5-star luxury high rise residence has been topped off. Full construction and fit-out is targeted to be completed by mid 2021.

We started our design journey for the site since 2012, from humble butter paper sketches through to construction defect inspections. It has been such a tremendous development, we’ve had a wonderful time collaborating with such as wide variety of disciplines to bring the project to fruition.

 

KEY FACTS

Brisbane Quarter is a world-class destination precinct in the heart of our River City, housing an 82-storey luxury residential tower, a 41-storey 5-star green star office tower, a 34-storey 5 star hotel tower and 3 levels of destination retail and entertainment podium. ZENX undertook the site feasibility master-planning and we are also the Design Architect of the residential and office towers.
